What I Have to Offer

Coaching Credentials: Certified Master Coach with 15 years of experience, specializing in Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Self-Mastery and The Let Them Theory.

Mindfulness: For 24 years I’ve spent thousands of hours pursuing self-mastery, on my own and in retreats with leading teachers worldwide. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Certified Meditation Teacher.

 

Emotional Intelligence: The years I’ve spent immersed in self-knowledge have brought clarity and intuition to share with my clients. I am fully aware of and comfortable with the range of human emotions and how to navigate them.

 

Somatic Experience: Twenty-four years of yoga practice have made me acutely aware of my body and its reactions to thoughts and emotions. I am skilled at guiding clients in exploring their own somatic experience in a safe way.

 

Additional Education: I have a. MBA from Queens University in Canada and a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Tennessee.

 

Life Experience: I’ve had my share of life's ups and downs: growing up with an alcoholic father, living abroad alone, marriage, divorce, raising 4 kids, death of both parents, career change, starting a business, depression, financial mistakes…It's been quite a ride! Each challenge showed me a level of inner-strength I never knew I had. Because of everything I experienced, I developed deep compassion, empathy, resilience, curiosity and non-judgment. I learned first hand that there is great strength in vulnerability, and that I am always taken care of. I am a student of life and continue to work on myself on a daily basis. As long as people or events can trigger me, that’s a sign there’s more work to be done.

Who I Help

I help people who want to be happy! I work with emotionally brave clients who understand that in order to change their lives, they must first change themselves. The alchemy of inner transformation requires time, determination and dedication, therefore I work exclusively with clients who are willing to commit time, energy and resources to this process. Some people come to this work because of a major life event like the end of a relationship, death of a loved one, career change, etc. while others have a relatively smooth life but feel empty, like something is missing. Some clients have specific goals and changes they want to master in their personal and professional lives; others are simply curious and excited about the possibility of inner transformation. I have worked with people of different ages, backgrounds and walks of life, and continue to be amazed by the love, peace and beauty that shine through as each person steps into their true nature.

How I Do It

Through weekly conversations and somatic explorations, I guide you on a journey of self-knowledge and self-discovery, to help you find inside yourself what you've been looking for. I bring to my work 23 years of experience and practice to help you identify and change unconscious thought patterns and behaviors that have been creating havoc in your life, work and relationships. My work is intuitive, somatic and grounded in neuroscience. I teach you how to connect with your body and explore its sensations and emotions in a safe way. I guide you as you learn to stay grounded when emotional storms show up on the horizon. Each week I suggest practices and additional materials, depending on the challenges that are showing up for you. I help you develop specific action plans for any goals or skills you want to work on. I never judge you or offer unsolicited advice. My job is to support you every step of the way, in whatever you want to see, heal, change or achieve in your life
