About My Work

My work focuses on how high-achieving people come to live under sustained internal pressure — and what it takes to change that.

Over time, many capable, responsible individuals develop ways or operating that prioritize performance, reliability, and forward momentum. These patterns are often effective, which is why they persist.

But they are not neutral.

They shape how decisions are made, how energy is used, and how life is experienced.

This work is about seeing that clearly — and creating a different way of working and living that feels sustainable from the inside.

Why I Do This Work

In my late 30s, after years of orienting my life around responsibility, achievement, and meeting external expectations, I reached a point that looked stable and accomplished from the outside but felt deeply unsustainable from within.

Nothing was visibly wrong.

But something essential was missing.

That experience reshaped how I understand burnout in capable people.

It isn’t only about workload or external demands. It develops when internal signals are constantly overridden and  patterns of overdrive become embedded overtime.

Burnout to Fulfillment grew from that understanding.

My Approach

This work focuses on the deeper structures that shape how high-achieving individuals operate — including nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and identity frameworks shaped by responsibility and performance.

It brings attention to how strain is maintained, not just how it feels.

From there, change becomes possible.

The aim is not to reduce ambition, but to remove the chronic strain that has replaced its vitality.

As this shifts, clients often experience relief that is both emotional and physical, along with the return of energy, clarity, motivation, and meaning that feel natural rather than forced.

Background

I am a professionally trained coach (ICF-accredited, Newfield Network) with over 11 years of experience working with high-achieving clients navigating burnout, pressure, and questions of fulfillment.

I also hold an MBA and am a certified yoga teacher, with over 25 years of personal practice in contemplative and body-based disciplines.

My work is informed by ongoing study of stress physiology, somatic awareness, and the psychological patterns common in driven, high-responsibility individuals.

Together, these perspectives shape a grounded, nervous-system-informed approach to burnout recovery in high achievers.

Burnout in high achievers is reversible when addressed at its source.

My role is to provide a steady, safe space in which energy, clarity,

and fulfillment can return — without losing the parts of ambition

and identity that still matter.
